While Zumba is currently hitting its peak in the US, it has been around for quite some time. This unique blend of dance and movement make for an awesome cardio workout. The Karate studio offers a 2 inch padded flooring system making it a low impact workout on the joints, thus a great workout for young and old alike.

Meg began her fitness career teaching Highschool dance lines and has taught some form of fitness for more than 24 years. She’s worked as a personal trainer, has been a group fitness coordinator for World Gym and has taught kickboxing, step, yoga and boot camp classes. She’s AFAA certified as well as certified in Zumba, Cycle, Pilates and Heartzones.
